Returns - If you're unsatisfied with our fresh herbs, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Due to the nature of fresh produce, we can't accept physical returns, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refunds - If you report an issue within the 24-hour window, we will issue a refund or credit to your original payment method.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items - If your herbs arrive damaged or you're not satisfied with their quality, contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or a replacement order.

Sale Items - Sale items are non-refundable, but if there's a problem with the quality or they're damaged, we will issue a credit for the same value.

Shipping - We do not refund shipping costs, unless the herbs were damaged or unsatisfactory.

Delivery Area - We deliver locally north of McKnight. 

Delivery Time - Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next day. Same day rush hour deliveries (4pm-6pm weekdays) are traffic dependent.

Delivery Fee - A flat rate of $5 for all local deliveries.

Issues with Delivery - If there's a problem with your delivery, please contact us immediately.
